Minute Three = Toes to Bar, 15 repetitions

On a 3:00 clock,
Minute One = Thruster, 18 repetitions (45lb. / 35lb. barbell)
Minute Two = Concept2 Row, 18 calories (15 women)
Minute Three = Toes to Bar, 18 repetitions

Round Three:
On a 3:00 clock,
Minute One = Thruster, 20 repetitions (45lb. / 35lb. barbell)
Minute Two = Concept2 Row, 20 calories (18 women)
