On a 14:00 clock (7 Rounds Each Station)

Even Minutes: Double Under, 30 repetitions (60 single jumps)
Odd Minutes: Barbell Thruster, 9 repetitions (95lb. / 65lb.)

Rest as needed then,

“Grinder Drill”

100 total feet of barbell overhead walking lunge (athlete choice on weight)

Note: Today’s session is a classic CrossFit Pleasure Point “Mash-up.” The weight and rep’s are intended for a 30 second “on” and 30 second “off” work to rest ratio. Adjust the rep’s and weight if necessary. The weight on the walking lunge drill should be the same as the thruster weight for maximum benefit.
