Note: The 4:00 running clock begins at the start of the run. Rest exactly 4:00 between rounds. Men’s Kettlebell weight is up to 53lb. and women’s weight is up to 35lb. Advanced Athlete’s may use the Double Under skill. Your score is the total number of Weighted Jumps or Double Unders achieved each round. If you use the Double Under skill, each repetition counts as two points for your score. Compare your total number of Jump Ropes or Double Unders to August 11, 2014.
Shawn Dollar is Athlete of The Week
Congratulations to Shawn Dollar who was recognized as Athlete of The Week. Shawn is a shinning example of taking “Fitness Outside the Box” in his incredible sport of big wave surfing. Shawn is at home in the ocean, and along with Bernie, is one of the most talented open-water swimmers at our gym. Congratulations Shawn on all of your success, and thank you for being such a great example to our community on the character qualities of courage, dedication, willpower and faith.
