20 Squats

15 Push-ups

10 Weighted Leg Raises (10lb Med Ball)

5 DB Devils Press (35/20)

The emphasis for today will be to keep moving throughout the workout.

Hit depth on each of those squats and keep the core engaged during the leg raises.

The weighted leg raises will require our athletes to keep their core engaged during each rep and will be reviewed today with our coaching staff.
