“The Grinder”

On a 25:00 minute clock (5 rounds each station)

Minute One: Assault Bike (15 calories men / 10 calories women)
Minute Two: Burpee, 9 repetitions
Minute Three: Kettlebell, 15 repetitions (53lb. / 35lb.)
Minute Four: Chest to Bar Pull-up, 7 repetitions
Minute Five: 200 meter run

Note: We are super blessed to be able to offer outdoor workouts on our new “grinder.” This is some serious old-school SEALFIT and CrossFit training at its best! Due to no suitable outdoor internet connection or Zoom capability we will temporarily not be offering a online class. However, we are working on developing a solution as soon as possible.
