“Grace” (30 Repetitions Ground to Overhead, 135lb. / 85lb.)

Run 1 Mile (Big Loop)

In the remaining time,

Achieve your 1RM Ground to Overhead

Rest as needed then,

Rope Climb, 5 Ascents (use most challenging technique available)

Note: Your two scores today are the time on “Grace” and your total Ground to Overhead weight. The Big Loop should be run quickly, but keep in mind the task that follows upon your return. On the other hand, you have to ensure you get through “Grace” and the Run to get a score on the final task. Strategy is important in todays session!
