Minute One: Assault Bike 15 / 9 Calories 
Minute Two: One Round of “Strict Pull-up Cindy” 
Minute Three: Deadlift (see below)

  • Aspiring Purple Belts – 185lb. / 125lb. = 12 Repetitions 
  • White to Blue Belt – 155lb. / 85lb. = 12 Repetitions 
  • Scaled Modification = 135b. / 75lb. 

Note: This is a classic station rotation session with some high expectations! Coach will be at every class today with some tips, mental strategies, breathing exercises, and a lot of motivation to get you through it. Reminder that Bag Class and Yoga meet tonight!
