Four Rounds for Time,

Run 400 meters (or Concept2 Row 400)
Alternating Standing Lunge, 50 repetitions (45lb. / 35lb. barbell on back)

Note: Today’s workout is a lower body burner! On the “Standing Lunge” the back knee must gently “kiss” the ground in order for the repetition to count. The barbell will be held in the back-squat position and will start on the floor. The 50 rep’s are alternating, thus 25 each leg each round.
