Wendler Series for Bench Press and Deadlift (Decompression Day)

Rest as needed then,

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
Run 250 meters
25 Push-ups

Note: We are going to really hammer technique and range of motion today on the Wendler Decompression and the Push-ups during the metabolic component of the workout. The purpose of the Decompression is to allow a bit of recovery following six weeks of heavy lifting on the Deadlift and Bench Press. Use approximately 65% of your 1 Repetition Max weight. Next week we will reconfigure our 1 Repetition Max. All classes will utilize the Coach’s Eye video application to provide critique and analysis of the weightlifting skills.
