During today’s WOD we will be testing our capacity while fatigued with progressive movements.  This is similar in concept to one of CrossFit Pleasure Point’s favorite WOD’s the run/bench.

3 minute on / 3 minute rest per round

Round 1 – 400m run/row – As Many Repetitions As Possible (AMRAP) Deadlift (#95/65)

Round 2 – 400m run/row – As Many Repetitions As Possible (AMRAP) Hang Power Clean (#95/65)

Round 3 – 400m run/row – As Many Repetitions As Possible (AMRAP) Shoulder to Overhead (#95/65)

Round 4 – 400m run/row – As Many Repetitions As Possible (AMRAP) Ground to Overhead (#95/65)

Can anyone achieve 100 total repetitions during today’s WOD?
