Today we will be putting all that Double Under Practice to use.

Today will be

500 DU or 1000 Single

In the fewest sets.

For every break in your sets,

Complete 1 Weighted Pull-up – Athlete chooses the weight but maintain that weight during the entire workout.

Choose your weight wisely and make every set count.
