Today we will start will 10 minutes to work on Toes to Bar.

If you have Toes to Bar unbroken, go for a max set.

Then,

We will be completing one of CrossFit Pleasure Points Iconic WODs “The Tom” but with a twits.

“The Tom” is traditionally done on the rower working down from 500m down to 100m as a sprint for each round.

We are going to call this WOD “Max.”  This is Tom’s younger brother who always causes trouble.

Each effort will be a max effort for time to complete the correlating amount of calories.

30/24 Assault Bike Calories

24/18 Assault Bike Calories

18/14 Assault Bike Calories

12/9 Assault Bike Calories

6/4 Assault Bike Calories

Log each time individually.  The total time will also be a good indication in the future.  Log this one and compare to your Tom time.

The total amount of calories completed during this will be 90/69.
