Today we will start will 10 minutes to work on Toes to Bar.
If you have Toes to Bar unbroken, go for a max set.
Then,
We will be completing one of CrossFit Pleasure Points Iconic WODs “The Tom” but with a twits.
“The Tom” is traditionally done on the rower working down from 500m down to 100m as a sprint for each round.
We are going to call this WOD “Max.” This is Tom’s younger brother who always causes trouble.
Each effort will be a max effort for time to complete the correlating amount of calories.
