Today we will be working in Threshold Training.
Athletes will complete a 30 second effort for both Burpees and Wall Walks.
We will then use that number for the WOD.
16 Minute EOMOM
Odd Minutes – Burpee (Goal will be between 6 and 12)
Even Minutes – Wall Walks (Goal will be between 2 and 4)
James and Caroline getting that partner Wall Walk in.
