800m Uneven Kettlebell Farmer’s Carry
During this evolution, select different weights for the Kettlebell.
Suggested weights would be 53 & 35, 44 & 26, 35 & 18, 26 & 8.
The farmer’s carry weight will be the total weight carried.
Rest as needed
Evolution B
Tabata for the following four movements with a 2 minute rest between movements
Score will be the total reps completed during the Tabata for that movement
1 – Ball Slam (#20)
2 – V-ups
3 – DB Floor Press (#35/20)
4 – DB Snatch (#35/25)
Athletes can choose a starting station for the Tabata but must follow the above order for the rotation.
