Starting January 1st we will be completing a strict pullup progression.

We did this progression during 2023 and our athletes saw amazing progress.

Row 500 Meters for Time
Rest as needed
Row 400 Meters for Time
Rest as needed
Row 300 Meters for Time
Rest as needed
Row 200 Meters for Time
Rest as needed
Row 100 Meters for Time

Log each individual time, then add them up for a total time.

This is a potent sprint workout that looks easy, but is challenging every time.
