During this week, we will be providing time each day to work on a specific movement or technique.
Today athletes will be given time to work on their kipping and butterfly pullups.
Then, we will be putting that skill to use.
4 Rounds for Maximum Effort (ME)
3 Minutes work per Round / 3 Minutes rest between Rounds
Rounds 1-3 start with a 400m Run
With the remaining time athletes will complete as many reps of the following lifts
Round 1 – Pull-ups
Round 2 – Push-ups
Round 3 – Air Squat
Round 4 – 1 minute ME Pull-up
1 minute ME Push-up
1 minute ME Air Squat
This is similar to last weeks Run / Cindy mash-up but now each movement given its own timeframe.
