Each Round is 3 Minutes
Rest remaining time from round.
Barbell Complex – 1 Thruster – 2 Hang Power Clean – 3 Front Squat (#45/35) CP (#75/55)
Round 1 – 1 Barbell Complex
Round 2 – 2 Barbell Complex (1 Thruster – 2 Hang Power Clean – 3 Front Squat + 1 Thruster – 2 Hang Power Clean – 3 Front Squat)
Round 3 – 3 Barbell Complex (1 Thruster – 2 Hang Power Clean – 3 Front Squat + 1 Thruster – 2 Hang Power Clean – 3 Front Squat + 1 Thruster – 2 Hang Power Clean – 3 Front Squat)
During the rounds we will complete the complex as written and add a complex per round as shown above.
Continue completing the complex as long as possible in the 3 minute timeframe or until the 30 minutes is complete.
There will be a 30 minute time cap for this WOD.
Goal will be to keep the complex unbroken as long as possible.
