Technique work – Kipping Pull-up / Butterfly Pull-up

15 Minute Every 30 Seconds Complete
1 Clean
Weight will be determined by the individual athlete.
Time will be given to warm-up the movement and find a comfortable weight to complete the reps.
The intention is to train at a threshold weight for the individual athlete during the 15 Minute timeframe.
This will be about perfecting the individual athletes technique rather than finding a 1RM weight for the day.
Athletes who completed the WOD on 240223 (Friday) will have a good idea of their 1RM or Single Heavy Clean.
