Snatch grip Deadlift

Set 1 – 5 reps @ 60%

Set 2 – 6 reps @ 60%

Set 3 – 7 reps @ 55%

Set 4 – 8 reps @ 55%

Set 5 –  ME @ 60%

Then,

5 Rounds

30 seconds – Snatch Grip Press (#45/35)

30 seconds – Rest

30 seconds – Back Squat from rack (weight up to athlete)

30 seconds – Rest
