Wendler Front Squat
Week 3 – 3 Sets of Various Reps
1 Set of 5 at 75% of 1RM
1 Set of 3 at 85% of 1RM
1 Set of 1+ at 95% of 1RM
On the third and final week prior to the re-test Athletes will complete a 1+ set at 95% their prior 1RM. Athletes will max out the number of reps on the final set and their score will be 1+(the additional number of completed reps).
Then;
Strict Weighted Pullup or Least Assistance
Sets of 5, 3, 1, 1, 1
Over the last couple of weeks we have completed several kipping pullups during workouts. Today we will be testing how this translates to our strict pullup.
