10 Minutes will be given to practice Wall Walks or any other skill athletes want to practice.

Then,

1 Minute at each station

1 Minute rest between each round

Station 2 – Bulgarian Split Squat / CP – Goblet KB #35/26

Station 3 – Bar Hang

Station 4 – Jump Rope / CP – Double Under
