Round 1 – Dumbbell Deadlift (#35/25) CP (#45/30)

Round 2 – Dumbbell Front Squat (#35/25) CP (#45/30)

Round 3 – Dumbbell Shoulder-to-Overhead (#35/25) CP (#45/30)

Round 4 – Dumbbell Thruster (#35/25) CP (#45/30)

The 3 Minute Rest between rounds should give each athlete an opportunity to fully recovery prior to their next effort.

Athletes should note the movements become more complex as the rounds progress.  Fight for those last final reps each round.
