1 Minute Max Effort – Mountain Climbers (count 1-1,1-2,1-3,1-4)

1 Minute Rest

1 Minute Max Effort – Alternating DB Snatch (#45/25)

Then

4 Individual Timed Rounds at 50% Threshold

Each round is 4 minutes.  Rest is remaining time of 4 minutes after completing round.

These will be individually timed sprint rounds and the goal will be to complete each round near the 90 second mark.
