Tempo Back Squat – From the rack

5X4X5 (5 sets – 4 reps – 5 second eccentric)

Maintain weight on each round.

Reach full depth – 1 second pause at the bottom – then explode out of the bottom.

4 Rounds – 12 Minutes total

1 Minute at each station

Minute 1 – Windshield Wipers

Minute 2 – DB Deadlift (#45/35)

Minute 3 – HR Pushups
