Today we will start an August Challenge.

Throughout the month of August we will be doing a Post-WOD Tabata Challenge.

This month the progression will be working on pushups.  We will be scoring the total number of pushups completed during your Tabata challenge.

Odd minutes – 200m Run (or 15/12 Assault Bike Cal)

Even minutes – 3 Deadlift – 2 Hang Power Clean – 1 Front Squat (#135/95) CP (#155/115)
