Cobbie (pictured with mom Diane) is Athlete Of The Week!
_______________
Congratulations to Cobbie on being recognized (for the 2nd time!) as Athlete Of The Week at CrossFit Pleasure Point. Inspired by her mother (Chief Diane Sturart of Hayward Police Department, and 2016 CrossFit Games Masters 3rd Place Winner) who was the first female SWAT operator at San Jose Police Department, Cobbie had a lifelong goal of one day becoming a SWAT operator herself. Through hard work, determination, and personal belief, Cobbie recently achieved her goal by being appointed the first female SWAT operator at the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office. Cobbie and her mom are a huge source of inspiration to women in Law Enforcement from around the Country. Congratulations Cobbie on all your success, and thank you for protecting and serving our community.
