Wendler Strength Series for Shoulder Press (Week 2)

Rest as needed then,

Complete Two Rounds for Maximum Double Unders (Rest 3:00 Between Rounds)

On a 3:00 Running Clock,

Kettlebell Swing, 21 Repetitions (53lb. / 35lb.)
Burpee, 15 Repetitions
Pull-ups, 9 Repetitions
Double Under, As Many Repetitions As Possible (Score)

Note: Today we start week 2 of the Wendler Strength for the Shoulder Press. On the AMRAP workout, your score each round is the total number of Double Under repetitions achieved.
