Threshold Mashup
Athletes will find their 1 Minute Maximum Effort for the following stations:
Athletes will have 1 Minute of rest between stations during the testing round.
Station 1 – Shoulder to Overhead 95/65 CP 135/95
Station 2 – Toes-2-Ring
Station 3 – Alternating Pistol
Athletes will then complete:
6 Rounds @ 50% ME for the above movements.
Coaches will review the Alternating Pistol and provide scaling options to our athletes.
Pullup Progression will start on 240708 with new and exciting skills.
