200 Wallballs 20/16

200m Run every break of unbroken Wallballs

One partner works at a time. Partner B can start when Partner A returns from their run.

A break in the wallballs will be if the wallball hits the ground, whether intentional or not.

Resting between reps will not be allowed either and will be considered a break in the reps.

Good luck, this is going to be a great workout.
