Odd Minutes – 200m Run
Even Minutes – 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Front Squat
Weight for the barbell should be 70-80% the 1RM Power Clean for the individual athlete.
This weight should allow you to move through the entire barbell complex without dropping the barbell and without missing any of the movements.
Keep your run under 1 minute for each of the rounds.
