Death-by Every Minute On the Minute
7 Thrusters 75/55
7 Pullups
7 Burpees
Complete the above movements every minute for as many minutes as possible. Look to finish each round in 45-50 seconds and hang on for the ride. Who can make it past 6 minutes?
Then,
2 – 400m Runs with equal work to rest ratio between the two runs.
Look for a repeatable pace for the first run. Note the individual time for both runs.
