Gymnastics Skillwork – Kipping / Butterfly Pull-up
Then,
30 minute EOMOM
Odd minutes – 1 round of Cindy
Even minutes – 150m Run or 100m Run
Rounds of Cindy can be done as
5 pull-ups / 10 pushups / 15 squats
or
3 pull-ups / 6 pushups / 9 squats
For those working toward Kipping pull-ups the second rep scheme is suggested.
The run distance should take 30-40 seconds to complete but no more than 50 seconds.
