Note: In the continued spirit of the CrossFit Open, todays workout is a modified version of a 2009 Open Workout. As Coach Glassman, the founder of CrossFit, once remarked, “Couplets and Triplets are a thing of beauty.” Today we are also beginning a 30 day Pull-up progression that has PROVEN results. Athletes should use the least amount of assistance required – or advanced athletes should add weight or perform a L-Pull-up.
