“Nutrition Challenge Workout #1”

Hang Power Clean, 50 Repetitions (95lb. / 55lb.)
Run the “Urban Mile” (Big Loop or Row 1.5K)
Burpee, 30 Repetitions 

Rest as needed then,

1 Maximum Set of Pull-ups (Kipping is OK!) 

Note: Today we kick off the August 30 +1 Nutrition Challenge! We will repeat todays workout at the end of the month, and athletes with the biggest improvements are eligible for some great prizes.
