30 One-legged squats (15 Each Leg)
20 Kettlebell Swings (53lb. / 35lb.)
10 One Arm Kettlebell Overhead Squats (Athletes Choice on Arm)
Then,
Run 400 Meters
Note: Be ready for a mental and physical battle – this is gonna be a good one! Modifications will be made in the gym, and a 30:00 time cap will be placed on the workout. Afternoon classes will have the option of using Krav Maga.
