20 minute Every Other Minute On the Minute
Odd minute – 5 top-to-top Hang Power Snatch 65-95/45-65
Even minute – 40 second of Assault Bike Effort at RPM 55-65/50-60
The “top-to-top” technique will be reviewed and taught during class.
This is going to be a great session and bring your “A” game.
