Today we are offering CrossFit Pleasure Point Athletes an additional two hours of Open Gym. Sunday open gym hours are from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please note Sunday training is for current members only and a drop in fee will apply for people not currently enrolled into our gym.
Evolution #4 – Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Applicants

On Wednesday, August 28, 2013, several elite members of the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office completed the most rigorous of the SWAT Evolutions designed to test the physical and mental capacity of potential operators. The final Evolution consisted of four rounds of a fifty meter swim in BDU pants, shoes and shirt, and 25 Hand-Release Push-ups. Congratulations to all the participants on the successful completion of the most demanding SWAT Assessment Test in the Country.
