50 Burpees (At HQ)
Run 100 Meters with Kettlebell or Dumbbell (Farmers Carry to Krav Maga / 53lb. / 35lb.)
40 Pull-ups
Run 100 Meters with Kettlebell or Dumbbell (to HQ)
30 One-legged squats (15 Each Leg or 50 Goblet Squats with Kettlebell)
20 Kettlebell Swings (53lb. / 35lb.)
Then,
Run 800 meters (Floral Loop)
