Note:  Today’s workout will be moving between our Headquarters gym and expanded location, also the home of Krav Maga Santa Cruz. This is going to be an awesome workout.

Fourth of July Holiday Schedule. Tomorrow, July 4, 2013, we will have two hours of open gym from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. The gym will be closed the rest of the day. On Friday, July 5, 2013, there will be a normal morning schedule. The gym will be closed after the 12:00 PM class. We will have normal open gym hours on Saturday and Sunday.
