The next 6 weeks CrossFit Pleasure Point will be completing 4 minutes of Strict Pull-ups after the warm-up each class. The goal of the 4 minutes is provide daily time for our athletes to accumulate as many strict pull-ups in that time depending on how the athlete feels that day. There will be a test at the beginning 251104 and we will re-test again in 6 weeks.
