Partner B – 3 Box Jump Over 20″ – 6 Heavy Ball to Shoulder 80/60 – 9 Wallball 20/16
Partner B works through the complex until A completes Calories then they switch and A continues where B ended.
Score is the total Rounds and Reps of the complex completed in the 24 minutes.
