Walking Lunge, 300 meters (or 7:00, whichever comes first)
Note: The “Tabata Interval” is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds rest for 8 total rounds. On the walking lunge, great goals are the mailbox, the bus stop, and of course the full 300 meters!
