Complete Two Rounds of 1:00 “On” and 1:00 “Off”
Concept 2 Row, Maximum Calories
Assault Bike, Maximum Calories
Wallball Shots, Maximum Repetitions
Pass Throughs, Maximum Repetitions
Note: Today we are returning to the beginning of the 3 week cycle of the Front Squat utilizing the Wendler Strength Series, also known as “5, 3, 1”. This 3 week cycle, we add 10lb. to our maximum weight on the chart, and return to the first week, with repetitions of 5, 5, 5 (AMRAP).
