Every Minute On The Minute for 20:00,
5 Hang Power Cleans (see note below on weight)
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Note: Find a weight that you are (fairly) confident you can keep to 5 consecutive repetitions each round. A great goal for men is 135lb. and women 85lb. If you do not make the 1 minute interval at any point in the 20:00 clock, you transition to an AMRAP for the remaining time. This is one awesome session!
