Today we have two Lifting Complexes to choose from during the WOD.
16 Minute Every Other Minute On the Minute
Odd Minutes – 200m Run (or similar stimulus)
Even Minutes – Lifting Complex
Option A – 3 Snatch Grip Deadlift – 2 Hang Power Snatch – 1 Snatch (weight is up to athlete and can increase each round)
Option B – 3 Deadlift – 2 Hang Power Clean – 1 Clean & Jerk (weight is up to the athlete and can increase each round)
