Minute Four = Run 300 meters
Minute Five = 6 Kettlebell Swings
Minute Six = 4 Pull-ups
Minute Seven = Rum 300 meters
Minute Eight = 9 Kettlebell Swings
Minute Nine = 6 Pull-ups
Minute Ten = Run 300 meters
Minute Eleven = 12 Kettlebell Swings
Minute Twelve = 8 Pull-ups
Minute Thirteen = Run 300 meters
Minute Fourteen = 15 Kettlebell Swings
Minute Fifteen = 10 Pull-ups
