1 minute max reps with one minute rest between efforts

Bar Dips
Burpees
Deadman to Thrust 53/35
Then,
“Threshold Thrashing”
4 Rounds @ 50% the max reps effort.
This will be a total of 16 minutes and should allow the athletes approximately 30 seconds of rest between efforts.
