The Threshold Mash-up is a training tool that started right at CrossFit Pleasure Point. It is a potent training tool to see what each athletes threshold is for a movement. We then using that data to find an intensity that needs to be held for a longer duration. This allows every athlete to work at the same intensity given several other variables.
Today’s weights and height are more. Challenge yourself during this threshold to maintain your form and work at those more challenging weights and box height.
