Rest as needed then,

Evolution A:
On a 3:00 clock,
As Many Step-ups As Possible (20′ box / 53lb. / 35lb. Kettlebells)

Rest up to 2:00 then,

Evolution B:
On a 3:00 clock,
GI Jane Burpee Pull-ups, As Many Repetitions As Possible

Rest up to 2:00 then,

Evolution C:
On a 3:00 clock,
Wallball Shots, As Many Repetitions As Possible (20lb. / 14lb.)

Note: Today’s workout is going to be worthy of its name! Remember that on the Deadlift, the theme is “slow is pro.” Coach’s will be keeping the tempo legit! The Box Step-up station was discovered to be more challenging than many people realized – se we need to make this a strength!
