Strict Shoulder Press, 5,3,1,1,1 Repetitions (Work to todays “Heavy” single) then,

Complete Each AMRAP for Maximum Total Rounds and Rep’s:

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 4:00 of,
30 Double Unders (or 60 Weighted Jumps)
15 Dumbbell Push-Press’s (15lb. to 35lb.)

Rest then,

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 3:00 of,
30 Double Unders (or 60 Weighted Jumps)
15 Dumbbell Push-Press’s (15lb. to 35lb.)

Rest then,

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 2:00 of,
30 Double Unders (or 60 Weighted Jumps)
15 Dumbbell Push-Press’s (15lb. to 35lb.)

Note: Rest up to 4:00 between rounds. Kettlebells can also be used in place of a Dumbbell.
